Covid-19 Changes

  • To minimize the impact our productions have on the environment, we print orders on demand in the United States. This helps prevent waste due to overstocking.
  • All new orders will ship approximately 1-2 weeks after your order after your order is placed. However, these terms may change depending on location, weather and shipping couriers.
  • Also, please bear in mind that our local post offices may experience some delays at this time due to limited staff and social distance practices.

Orders

  • All new orders will ship approximately in USA
  • Standard Shipping 3 - 4 business days, Economy Shipping 5 to 8 business days after your order is placed.
  • All new orders will ship worldwide in approximately 10 to 30 days.
  • We will email you a tracking number when your order has shipped. This tracking number may take 2 - 3 days to update.
  • To track your order, please see the confirmation email with tracking updates and also text message updates.
  • You can also get the latest updates about your order by creating an account with us.
  • Unfortunately, Once an order is placed it cannot be changed in our system.

You should receive an order confirmation email after you place an order. If you didn't receive one, please:

  • Check your spam folder
  • Verify that the email address you provided with your order is correct.
  • If the email you provided was incorrect, please message us with the correct address, and we’ll have the confirmation resent accordingly.
  • If the email address you provided was correct, but you didn't find the order confirmation in your spam folder, please message us and we'll have it resent to you.

  • USA- Standard Shipping 3 - 4 business days, Economy Shipping 5 to 8 business days after your order is placed.

  • You will be liable for all customs fees, and taxes. These will be due at the point of pickup or delivery.
  • Please be aware that Ekobleu does not have any control over any customs fees and taxes levied by your country of destination.
  • Unfortunately, due to varying prices and random customs selections, we are unable to provide any pricing details for the fees to be issued for your package destination.

    If your order is marked as 'delivered' but you have yet to receive it, please follow the steps below:

  • Verify that the address you provided is correct.
  • Check with your neighbors.
  • Contact your local post office.
  • Message us for support.
  • For international orders, if the tracking says your order was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact customs right away! You may need to pick up your package.
  • If the package is not picked up within three days, the order will be returned to us. We can reship the order, but you will have to pay the postage again.
  • We do not accept returns. One-time size exchanges are possible within 30 days from the date you received your order.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations at this time.
  • We only accept size exchanges.
  • Exchanges can be made for up to 30 days from the date you received your order.
  • All items must be in their original condition (never worn or washed).
  • Please pack your items with their tags and the invoice included in the original packaging.
  • Please include your order number.
  • You are allowed to exchange one time only, so please be sure to order the correct size.
  • You will have to pay the return shipping, but we will cover the shipping cost for the new item.
  • After mailing the item back, kindly message us with a copy of the receipt and the tracking number.
  • As soon as we receive the return, we will issue you a store credit to place a new order for the correct size.
